Reviewers Guidelines

Remember that the manuscripts submitted to Revista FCA are peer-reviewed through a double-blind peer review process. The identities of ‘Reviewers' and Authors’ are kept hidden from each other.

As it is stated in the journal ‘Use of IA policy’, only human beings can fulfil the role of reviewing articles for this journal. AI cannot replace the responsibilities and accountability of this role.

Generative AI should not be used to assist in the review, evaluation or decision-making process of a manuscript. Reviewers or editors should not upload the manuscript or any part of it into a Generative AI tool. If so, reviewers must adopt responsible practices when using AI-assisted tools during the editorial process.

If an AI-technology is used to assist the review process, this must be indicated to the Assistant Editor and the Authors in the Review Report. Provide the name of the model, version and the date of use, as well as the prompt used.
