This new issue of the Revista de Literaturas Modernas takes a look at the relationship between literature and cinema, one of the most fruitful and complex in the history of culture. Since the dawn of the seventh art, printed words have been an inexhaustible source for moving images, giving rise to a constant dialogue between both media, based on the shared capacity to narrate stories and evoke emotions.
