Revista Médica Universitaria provides immediate full-text access to all its content. Authors will not be charged to publish their work or readers to access the content.

The journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 2.5 Argentina license (CC BY-NC 2.5 AR). This implies that users are free to share and adapt the content as long as they attribute the corresponding authorship, indicate the changes made without implying that they have permission of the authors and publish their work under the same license, without adding new restrictions.
