This article intends to present the mode of organization and operation in the context of the Argentinian Collective of Educators who carry out Research Work in their Schools and Communities in the Argentine Republic. This is a concrete and particular case of one of the networks that makes up the Collective. We will refer to the Educational Research Network (REDINE). It was created and belongs in its character as “priority development” Project to the Department of Teacher and Scientific Education of the School of Exact, Chemical and Natural Sciences (FCEQyN) of the Universidad Nacional de Misiones (UNaM). As a research group we have gone through a vast quantity of actions generated by our Network. Among others, succesive Meetings on Educational Research of our Province. Here, it is our objective to present and reflect on the practice of action-research as our mode of participation.
This article, hence focuses on one hand, on the origin and emergence of REDINE, where we develop our research practice. On the other, we advance with the reflection on the organization process of the latest Meeting carried out in 2022, where we targeted the analysis of the role of coordinators as part of the framework of these Meetings. We end up sharing some lessons to learn and challenges we face in the construction and sustenance of the Posadas node of our Network.
